designed for 36- and 48-inch roll-up or rigid signs and are adjustable
to
securely fit on a concrete barrier. Spring-loaded design
includes
four mounting
screws and a black base; the springless model has six
mounting screws and an orange base.
Both stands have telescoping
masts with flag-holders.
Black base attaches to barriers 6 to 12 inches.
Orange base handles barrier widths 7 1/2 to 15 inches.
